Quality system
The plant works to ISO 9001. Tanks are pressure- and airtightness-checked per batch before packing, and test equipment is kept on site rather than sampled off it — which is what makes consistency across a container, not just across a sample.
Who we supply
Water-purifier manufacturers and assemblers, filtration distributors, and OEM/ODM partners who need their own branding on the tank and the carton. Domestic customers in Vietnam and export markets are served from the same line.

- A manufacturer. TankVINA is a brand of Kaizen Hi-Tech Viet Nam Co., Ltd, and the tanks, housings and cartridges are produced at our own 20,000 m² plant in northern Vietnam — the same legal entity, tax number 0700881836, that signs the contract.
- What is the maximum working pressure of a TankVINA tank?
- 50 PSI. Tanks leave the factory pre-charged at 5–7 PSI and are rated for water up to 75°C. The diaphragm is high-density synthetic butyl rubber, which is what keeps the outlet pressure steady as the tank empties.
- Which tank sizes do you make?
- The standard range is TVN-3.2G and TVN-4.0G for household under-sink reverse-osmosis systems, and TVN-20P for commercial systems and shared points of use. Other capacities are quoted against volume.
- Do you do OEM and private label?
- Yes. Tanks and cartons can carry your own brand, and complete filtration systems can be assembled to your configuration from components made on the same site.
- How is pricing given?
- Per enquiry. This is factory supply, so a price depends on capacity, quantity, packing and destination — send those four and you get a quotation rather than a list price.
